Meal of the week - 清燉牛肉麵
這個周末做了清燉牛肉麵。整體而言,味道不錯,美中不足的是,沒時間用大骨熬湯頭,少了那麼一點深度。
用來爆香和做湯底的材料
牛肉麵的主角,在西方超市就可買到,英文叫 beef chuck steak。先用滾水燙過去血水、洗淨,再丟到湯裡去燉。
燉煮一個多小時後,稍加調味,並放入蘿蔔,繼續燉。等蘿蔔軟了,再加入另外煮熟的青菜和麵條,然後於表面灑上青蔥,就大功告成了!

我以為只有紅燒的才要放蕃茄,清燉的也要嗎?
